Terms of Service

Last updated 2026-04-01. Effective date 2026-04-01.

1. Who we are

These terms are an agreement between you and Waiver Counsel Inc. (a Canadian federal corporation). Legal services are provided by [Attorney Name] PLLC under a separate written retainer agreement. Waiver Counsel Inc. is not a law firm and does not provide legal advice.

2. What the website offers

Educational content about U.S. Entry Waivers, pricing information, and a contact/consult-booking path to the attorney. Nothing on the website constitutes legal advice.

3. No attorney-client relationship

An attorney-client relationship with [Attorney Name] PLLC begins only after a written retainer agreement is signed. Booking a consult or submitting a form does not create that relationship.

4. Fees and payment

Waiver Counsel Inc. charges a flat service fee. The U.S. Customs and Border Protection filing fee is paid directly to CBP and is outside our control. See /pricing for the current flat fees.

5. What we commit to in writing

See /guarantee for the two written commitments that govern (1) the attorney's pre-filing written merit opinion and (2) free re-filing for documentable Waiver Counsel errors. No adjudication outcome is ever guaranteed; the decision to file rests with the client (other than filings that would be unlawful, which we will not file).

6. Acceptable use

  • Do not submit false or misleading information through any intake form.
  • Do not attempt to scrape, reverse-engineer, or interfere with the website.
  • Do not impersonate another person on the consult booking.

7. Limitation of liability

Waiver Counsel Inc.'s aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of the website or the services it coordinates is limited to the service fee you paid. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited under Canadian law.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of [Province], Canada, and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. Exclusive jurisdiction rests with the courts of [Province] for disputes between you and Waiver Counsel Inc. Disputes between you and [Attorney Name] PLLC are governed by the retainer agreement.

9. Changes

We may update these terms. The “last updated” date above reflects the current version. Material changes will be announced on the website.
