How the practice operates.
Chernoff Legal Services is a California sole proprietorship operated by Frederick Chernoff, a California-licensed immigration attorney (Cal Bar #342412). All legal services — Form G-28 signing, e-SAFE filing, legal advice, and advocacy — are provided by Frederick personally under a written engagement agreement. Practice is limited to U.S. federal immigration law; the attorney does not advise on non-immigration state law, taxation, or matters outside U.S. federal immigration practice.
